REPURPOSED

Repurposed Products

Picnic tables, flower boxes, trellises, coops and greenhouses built from demolition materials.

Made from the demolition pile

Repurposed Products are what BARC builds from lumber, doors, windows and trim that came off houses in our De/Re Construction program. Instead of a framed wall going to a landfill, it becomes a picnic table you can sit at in Traverse City this summer.

The range is practical and backyard-sized: picnic tables, flower boxes, garden trellises, chicken coops and greenhouses. Each piece carries the character of the wood it was made from, so two tables from the same shop will not look identical.

Made to fit your yard

These products are customizable. If you need a taller trellis, a coop sized for a specific flock or a flower box that matches a porch rail, tell us the dimensions and what you are growing or keeping.

Pickup or delivery is available for a small fee. Ask when you call which option fits your order.

How to order

You can order through the BARC shop, or use the consult form if what you want is not on the shelf. Either way, it ends up with the BARC crew.

Prefer the phone? Call (231) 632-2272 and ask for Repurposed Products. If you are not sure what you need yet, the contact page has the consult form and every direct line.
