Built from what a house gave up

Tiny Homes by BARC start on a demolition site, not a lumber yard. The framing, doors, windows and roofing come from houses our crew has taken apart through De/Re Construction, which is why no two of them match. Each one is assembled from whatever its source houses offered.

They run from about 100 square feet up past 400. That is a she-shed, a rustic glamping cabin, a studio at the back of the property. There is no power or running water inside, and we would rather say so up front.

Five models, one starting price each

BARC builds five models. Two sit at 100 square feet, and from there the footprint and the price step up together through 200 and 300 to the 400 square foot Mini Mansion. The list below gives every model with its size and its starting price, written the way we quote it: starting at about.

What a standard build includes

The standard build is a four-wall, weather-tight structure with doors, windows and roofing. The roof is OSB with asphalt shingles or metal. Inside, the studs are bare.

There is no power and no running water inside. The interior is yours to finish. If you want to see what the salvage side of the program looks like first, start with De/Re Construction.
